The tunnels of Củ Chi are an immense network of connecting tunnels located in the Củ Chi District of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam, and are part of a much larger network of tunnels that underlie much of the country. The Củ Chi tunnels are an incredible network of underground tunnels, these tunnels were dug by Viet Cong fighters during the Vietnam War and were used as a base of operations, communication routes, storage facilities, and hospitals.

Today, the Củ Chi tunnels are a popular tourist destination. Visitors can crawl through a section of the tunnels to get a sense of what it was like for the Viet Cong fighters who used them. There are also exhibits on display that tell the story of the tunnels and their role in the Vietnam War.
